- JOIN US – Complete your Client Profile before your first visit. Click here to complete our paperless registration (required for all clients).
- DRESS THE PART - Wear comfortable workout clothing and socks. Yes, we wear socks in class! We also sell Physique 57 socks in our boutique.
- SHOW UP - Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class so that we can get you acquainted with your new fitness community. We offer complimentary 2 hour parking validation in the adjacent Rite Aid parking garage (entrance on Canon). Park on the lower level and come on in!
- WORK IT - Are you ready to be challenged? That’s how we transform our bodies! Your expert instructor, our heart pumping high energy music and the uplifting group dynamic will motivate you every step of the way. We’re going to push you to feel the burn because that’s when the magic happens.
