Class packages expire as listed with package, please schedule your classes accordingly.

All sales final, All class packages and unlimited packages are non-refundable.

Cancellation requirements: Reservations may be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge up to 4 hours prior to the beginning of class. Classes will be forfeited with less than 4 hour notice of cancellation; a $26 charge will be applied for unlimited packages. If a reservation is early cancelled the class is credited to your Physique 57 account to use towards future reservations. Purchases will not be refunded to your credit card.

Physique 57 is not responsible for personal belongings in studio or in parking facilities. Lockers are provided in dressing rooms for securing personal belongings. Clients may bring a lock to secure your personal items while in class. Locks are available for purchase from our front desk.
