Attention Newcomers
Because Physique 57™ offers such a unique workout, first time clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes early. You will meet your instructor who will:
- Inquire about any injuries or limitations you may have
- Outline the class structure
- Offer words of encouragement
Attention All Clients
For our 57th street studio, please use the 25 W. 56th Street entrance for weekday classes at 6:00am, 6:30am and 7:00am, Saturdays at 8:00am and 8:30am and all day Sunday.
Reservations
Classes can be reserved in person, by telephone or online. A credit card is needed to secure your reservation.
Cancellations
Classes: Reservations for classes after 11am can be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge up to 6 hours prior to the beginning of class. Reservations for classes 11am and before need to be cancelled 12 hours prior to the beginning of class.
If you are added to class from a waitlist, you need to confirm your reservation 3 hours prior to the start of class. For classes that begin at 11am and earlier, please confirm by 6pm the day before. How the waitlist works is listed below. How to confirm your reservation online.
Each time you are added to a class from the waitlist you will receive an automatic Waitlist Notification email and/or text message (while we try to call you as a courtesy as well, please rely solely on the email/text message for official notification). Once you receive the notification, just call the studio to confirm or cancel the reservation or log onto your online schedule to confirm online. If you receive voice mail, please leave a message confirming the date and time of your reservation. Once a class is confirmed you will be held to the cancellation policy for that class.
To help us contact you as quickly as possible, please make sure we have your correct email address (one that you access frequently) and sign up for Text Message Notification at the front desk or click here to download.
Bridgehampton, Privates, Workshops, and Physique Yin®: Reservations can be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge up to 24 hours prior to the beginning of class.
If a reservation is not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, you will be charged for that class or workshop. Clients with unlimited packages who do not cancel their reservations in accordance with the cancellation policy will be charged $26 for that class.
Switching Between Classes
(Applies Monday through Friday, in NYC studios ONLY)
Clients can switch to an earlier class in the same day if the earlier class begins before 5:00pm.
If a client is confirmed for a class and taken off the waitlist for a later or earlier class the same day, the original class can be cancelled during the cancellation period unless the new class begins after 5:00pm.
Confirmed classes cannot be cancelled or switched for a spot on a different class waitlist during the cancellation period.
Important Policies
First time clients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before class and for safety reasons, cannot join the class once instruction has begun.
We do not permit cell phones inside the studio rooms. Under an extenuating circumstance, your cell phone may be left at the front desk and the Front Desk Associate will get you if there is an emergency call. If you need to place a call or send a message during class, you must leave the studio.
We are not responsible for personal belongings. We provide lockers in the dressing rooms and encourage clients to bring a lock or purchase one at the front desk.
Socks are worn during class. No bare feet or shoes are permitted inside the studio.
Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
For the safety of all clients; clients cannot join class:
- Physique 57™ – after 10 minutes
- Mat 57® – after 5 minutes
- Physique Yoga and Physique Yin® – after 5 minutes
- Express Class – after 5 minutes
- Workshops – after 10 minutes
- Booster Class – no client is permitted to join class late.
Class Package Policies
Class series packages expire 12 months from purchase date.
Monthly unlimited packages expire 31 days from date of activation. For health and safety reasons, all unlimited packages are limited to 3 classes per day.
Special promotional packages may have shorter expiration dates.
If a reservation is early cancelled the class is credited to your Physique 57™ account to use towards future reservations. Purchases will not be refunded to your credit card.
Discounts are not available for purchases online. Discounts apply to in studio or phone purchases only.
Return Policy for Packages
Single classes, class packages, unlimited packages, special promotions, workshops and memberships are non-refundable.
Return Policy for Merchandise
We will gladly accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise with the tags attached within 14 days of purchase date. Undergarments are final sale. All sale items are final.
Physique 57™ DVDs can be returned unopened within 14 days of the purchase date.
Physique 57™ playground balls can be returned in original condition within 14 days of the purchase date.

Managing your online account
To manage your reservations and client account we use the Physique 57™ WebScheduler. This convenient online system will enable you to see up to the minute schedules of classes and workshops at our studio and allows you to reserve a spot in those sessions. Scheduled classes will be charged to your current package or series and can also be purchased individually.
