Formula 57® - Fitness Classes & Exercise Workout
Formula 57 is a non-stop 60 minute class that fuses Physique 57 choreography with Mat 57's Pilates inspired sequences.
Our Formula 57 class combines a series of cardiovascular and strength training exercises to sculpt your arms, chisel your abs, and slim your thighs and seat, producing a leaner and stronger body.
Set to an array of up-beat music, this unique "formula" challenges your body in new ways by working several muscle groups simultaneously. The continuous sequencing and advanced choreography keeps the heart rate up, adding to the intense cardiovascular benefits of the class. Formula 57 will leave you feeling challenged, energized and confident.
* Clients should take a minimum of 10 classes at the Open and/or Intermediate level before taking a Formula 57 class.
* Due to the nature of these exercises, this class is not suitable for pregnant women.
