Each New York City studio location has air-conditioned exercise studios, full service women’s and men’s locker rooms, towel service, bottled water and the Physique Boutique. Our 57th and West 73rd Street studios have digital locks which are provided on the lockers. There are no lockers at our Bridgehampton studio. If you are attending our Spring Street studio, we encourage you to bring a lock or you may purchase one at the front desk. We are not responsible for personal belongings. Physique Boutique

The better you look, the better you'll feel. At Physique 57 we are dedicated to transforming bodies with our proven and unique exercise method. We are also passionate about making women feel beautiful in their clothing before, during and after their workouts. Our line of fashion forward apparel will make you look and feel fabulous even when you're not thigh dancing. The Physique Boutique is available at each studio location with a full selection of merchandise.

Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice. New clients are encouraged to take an Intro to Physique 57® class. Clients may also start with a beginner or open level class.

Reservations

Classes can be reserved in person, by telephone or online. A credit card is needed to secure your reservation.

Cancellations

Classes*: Reservations for classes after 11 a.m. may be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge up to 6 hours prior to the beginning of class. Reservations for morning classes 11 a.m. or earlier may be cancelled with no charge up to 12 hours prior to the beginning of class.

Bridgehampton Classes*: Reservations may be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge up to 12 hours prior to the beginning of class.

*Please note for all classes if a reservation is not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, you will be charged for that class or workshop. Clients with unlimited packages who do not cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy will be charged a $26 fee for that class.

Privates & Workshops: Reservations may be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge up to 24 hours prior to the beginning of the workshop or class.

Waitlists: If you are added to class from a waitlist, you need to confirm your reservation 3 hours prior to the start of class. For classes that begin at 11 a.m. and earlier, reservations need to be confirmed by 6 p.m. the day before. Once a class is confirmed, you will be held to the cancellation policy for that class. Switching Between Classes
(Applies Monday through Friday, in NYC studios ONLY)

Clients can switch to an earlier class in the same day if the earlier class begins before 5:00pm.

If a client is confirmed for a class and taken off the waitlist for a later or earlier class the same day, the original class can be cancelled during the cancellation period unless the new class begins after 5:00pm.

Confirmed classes cannot be cancelled or switched for a spot on a different class waitlist during the cancellation period.

Arrival

First time clients are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out our client questionnaire and meet the instructor. For safety reasons, clients cannot join the class once instruction has begun.

Etiquette

Please refrain from using cell phones during class. Under extenuating circumstances, cell phones may be left at the front desk with a Client Services Team member and we are happy to notify you in class of a particular incoming call.

Socks are required to be worn in the studio at all times.

Late Arrivals

For the safety of all clients; clients cannot join class:

* Physique 57 – after 10 minutes
* Mat 57, Formula 57, Physique Cardio, Physique Yoga and Physique Yin– after 5 minutes
* Physique Express and Physique Stretch – after 5 minutes
* Workshops – after 10 minutes
* 30 Minute Class – clients are not permitted to join class late

Class Package Policies

Single classes and 5 class series packages expire three months from date of purchase. 10 class series packages expire six months from the date of purchase. 20 class series packages expire one year from the date of purchase.

Monthly unlimited packages expire 31 days from date of activation. For health and safety reasons, all unlimited packages are limited to 3 classes per day.

Special promotional packages and workshops may have shorter expiration dates.

If a reservation is early cancelled the class is credited to your Physique 57 account to use towards future reservations. Purchases will not be refunded to your credit card.

Discounts are not available for purchases online. Discounts apply to in studio or phone purchases only.

Return Policy for Packages

Single classes, class packages, unlimited packages, special promotions, workshops and memberships are non-refundable.

Return Policy for Merchandise

We will gladly accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise with the tags attached within 14 days of purchase date. Undergarments are final sale. All sale items are final.

Physique 57 DVDs can be returned unopened within 14 days of the purchase date.

Physique 57 playground balls can be returned in original condition within 14 days of the purchase date.

To manage your reservations and client account we use the Physique 57 WebScheduler. This convenient online system will enable you to see up to the minute schedules of classes and workshops at our studio and allows you to reserve a spot in those sessions. Scheduled classes will be charged to your current package or series and can also be purchased individually.
