What do you get when you combine Physique 57™, Mat 57®, and Physique Stretch? Formula 57

Formula 57 is a 60-minute class designed by Physique 57™ instructor Chanelle Lagace that combines Physique 57™, Mat 57® and Physique Stretch. Using her Pilates certification, professional dance experience, and expertise as a Physique 57™ Instructor, Chanelle combines a series of cardio and strength exercises sculpt your arms, chisel your abs, and slim your thighs and seat, producing a tighter, leaner, and stronger body.

Set to an array of up-beat music, this unique "formula" challenges your body in new ways by working several muscle groups simultaneously with short blasts of cardio in between sets. The nonstop sequencing and advanced choreography keep the heart rate up, adding to the intense cardiovascular benefits of the class. Formula 57 will trim your trouble spots, improve your posture, and balance your mind and body, leaving you feeling challenged, energized and confident.
