Class Rates:
Class series packages expire 12 months from purchase date. Monthly unlimited packages expire one month from date of activation. Special promotional packages may have shorter expiration dates. Class packages and memberships are non-refundable. Classes and teachers are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice. For the safety of all clients, late entries will not be allowed into class 10 minutes after class has begun. * First time clients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before class and for safety reasons, cannot join the class once instruction has begun. Please call us to make your reservations OR buy and reserve your first class online and we will give you your second class for free! Following your first two classes, you can: 1. Purchase the Newcomer's Special: New clients can enjoy one month of unlimited classes for $250 (studio purchase only). OR 2. Receive 10% off the price of your first class package (studio purchase only). Reservation Policy: Classes can be reserved in person, by telephone or online. A credit card is needed to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Classes: Reservations can be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge up to 6 hours prior to the beginning of class. Reservations for classes 9am and before need to be cancelled 12 hours prior to the beginning of class. If you are added to class from a waitlist, please confirm your reservation 3 hours prior to the start of class. For classes that begin at 9am and earlier, please confirm by 6pm the day before. How the waitlist works. How to confirm your reservation online. Each time you are added to a class from the waitlist you will receive an automatic Waitlist Notification email and/or text message (while we try to call you as a courtesy as well, please rely solely on the email/text message for official notification). Once you receive the notification, just call the studio to confirm or cancel the reservation. If you receive voice mail, please leave a message confirming the date and time of your reservation. To help us contact you as quickly as possible, please make sure we have your correct email address (one that you access frequently) and sign up for Text Message Notification at the front desk or click here to download. Workshops and Physique Yin: Reservations can be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge up to 24 hours prior to the beginning of class. If a reservation is not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, you will be charged for that class or workshop.
