I was trying lots of different exercise programs and not really feeling uh, like I was connecting with anything and I had a friend of mine who suggested I try Physique 57® and I went and completely became obsessed with it. To me there's almost like a mental and physical stimulation because you're, you know, really engaged in seeing how far you can go and it's really uh, rewarding to feel yourself growing stronger and more flexible and being able to get through the workout.
The principle of the exercise, to strengthen and stretch and elongate your muscles to get that long lean line, I see that really working and I don't feel that's very often addressed by other exercise uh, methods or you know, philosophies.
The entire program has been very well thought out, it's very strategic and you are getting such an efficient workout in that period of time. No class is exactly alike, I mean they're always sort of innovating the routine and the choreography. I've not come across anything that's like Physique 57®. It really is uniquely challenging as a full body workout.
