When I was in college I gained 40 pounds. Despite putting in definitely a lot of time with a personal trainer, I didn't really see any results. Not getting the results I wanted and not really being happy while I was doing it, definitely pushed me to try something new.
What I love about Physique 57® is it's never about, you know, coming in in your spandex and being you know, a skinny super-model. It's about gaining bone density, gaining muscle, gaining a healthy body. It's such a difficult but doable workout. You do this really really difficult section and then you stop and you stretch it out and as you're stretching you can feel what you have just done to which muscles. You can feel your body recovering from that and that gives you drive to go on to the next set of exercises and do those even harder because you want that great feeling back in your body.
I think it's a great day when I go in and my legs maybe shaking but if I don't have to like stop and take a breather I'm really excited about myself. You do one hour, your body is completely worked, you've had a great time. You walk out feeling like you like you look 10 pounds lighter and you're like super woman. Since I've been uh, using the Physique 57® program I've probably lost about 35 pounds.
It's such an empowering program, you just feel so good while you're doing it.
