When I started Physique 57® um, I had left my job to start my own business I got married um, and was very very sedentary and got up to 145 pounds, wasn't working out, felt terrible. I started doing Physique 57® and overall lost 17 pounds. I'm about 128 right now and still it's the only exercise I'm doing.
I don't like working out, I don't like gyms um, don't have much time to go to the park and run. With Physique 57® I put on my outfit, I show up and I know I'm doing weights, I'm doing cardio, I'm getting every body part, every muscle. I feel great that I worked out so hard, it's hard um, but in a good way. You want to do it because you just know the result you're going to get.
When you go through the succession of exercises, you can feel the progression. You start with your upper body. There's some classic things like push-ups and of course weights just for biceps, but then you go in to things that I think that is the secret of Physique 57® which work the thighs and and the midriff a lot. And that's where I think I've seen the biggest difference is for once in my life I actually have abs. I can see them. My friends have said things like uh "Lori, oh you're half the size". I'm 38 years old, this is the first time I've had a "great body".
